The traveler can make certain requests, such as asking for a specific floor or building location, as long as these requests fall within the booked unit size and view category. However, please keep in mind that requests are not guaranteed; for most resorts, the front desk assigns the specific location of the unit at check-in time, depending on availability at that time.

How to Find and Book a Confirmed Reservation
The rental process starts with a listing that specifies the resort name and location, dates of stay, unit size, maximum occupancy capacity, view category, rental price, and any taxes and fees not included in the rental price, if applicable.

This will take you to our website’s rental listings. There are usually over 500 reservations to choose from at any one time, at top-tier resorts in the most popular vacation destinations.

This will take you to the list of available rentals for that resort. In this example, we use Harborside Resort at Atlantis, one of our customer’s favorite locations!
Note: If you click Search Advanced Options, as shown here, you get extra search result functions, including the desired nights, the price range that suits your budget, and the needed unit size and view. You can even type in a specific amenity in the designated box. Try: Washer, Dryer, Kitchen, Balcony, etc.

Click ‘Book Directly’ on the reservation you would like to book. This will take you to the cart and begin the online booking process.

Check the box that you have read and understood the terms and conditions, and then click ‘Checkout.’

Fill out guest information for the primary guest who will be checking in. Resorts generally have room for one primary guest on the booking; all other guests can be added by the front desk at check-in time up to the allowed occupancy of the unit. However, only the primary guest on the booking can check in. Therefore, it is essential to provide accurate information for the primary guest. The name should match the identification document used at check-in, such as a driver’s license or passport.
Check the box at the bottom to acknowledge who will be using the reservation.
